That looks like a good choice. It has a lot of positive reviews and a low price.

There are a few different types of coccyx cushions available. The type which you linked to is known as a wedge cushion. The idea is that your tailbone (where pilonidal wounds are often located) won't make any contact with the cushion due to the cut-out part. Some people prefer 'donut' cushions instead (which are circular shaped with a hole in the middle) but I think most prefer the wedge type as it tends to be a bit more comfortable.
