Photo of Z-plasty
This is a very recent photo of my healed wound. It has endured eight operations in total, including open healing, closed healing, the Cleft Lift and the Z-plasty. The Z-plasty was the one which worked in the end. Normally the "Z" would be far higher up but my problems escalated downwards over time.
